• Orders placed before 3 PM EST ship the same business day.
• Standard US shipping: 2–5 business days via USPS or UPS.
• Free shipping on all US orders over $199.
• Every package is insured and shipped with tracking.
• Signature required on orders over $500 to protect your product.

We ship to Canada and select international destinations. International rates are calculated at checkout. Duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

• Sealed, unopened product can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Opened boxes, packs, and singles are final sale.
• Buyer covers return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of receiving the return.

If your package arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. Include your order number and photos of the packaging and product. We'll file the claim and make it right.
