1. Agreement

By using stncollects.com (the "Site"), operated by Second To None Collectibles ("STN", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Orders & Products

All products are sold as described. Sealed products are sold as-is from the manufacturer; we make no guarantee about the contents of any sealed box, pack, or repack. Prices and availability may change without notice. See our Shipping & Returns page for fulfillment and return details.

3. SMS Text Message Program

By providing your mobile phone number and actively checking the consent box on our sign-up form, you agree to receive recurring marketing text messages from Second To None Collectibles at the number provided, including messages sent using an autodialer. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

  • Program name: Second To None Collectibles Alerts. Sign up at stncollects.com/sms.
  • Message content: new box drops and restocks, live break announcements, card show schedules, and exclusive deals. This is a marketing program only — we do not send order or submission updates by text.
  • Message frequency: message frequency varies — typically up to 12 messages per month.
  • Cost: Message and data rates may apply. STN does not charge for text messages; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.
  • Opt out (STOP): Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further marketing texts.
  • Help (HELP): Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or email help@stnsupport.org.
  • Carriers: Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Eligibility: You must be the account holder or have authority to consent for the mobile number provided.

We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

4. Email Communications

If you sign up with your email address, you'll receive product and promotional emails. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, STN is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the Site or our products or messaging programs.
